Dakota's Story
Dakota (formerly known as "Snowball") had been at a local animal shelter for more than two weeks without any interest, probably because he needed surgery. He likely had been hit by a car and his femur was fractured upon arrival to the shelter. Fear not lil guy, we're here for you!
Dakota had surgery, and he is recovering well. He is a sweet and lovable little ball of fur. He's very timid and nervous about everything, but his courage is slowly growing, and he's warming up to all the scary things in this new environment. This sweet guy weaseled his way into the hearts of everyone at AAE, and now he gets to stay, forever, as AAE's new ranch dog. If you visit, you’ll get to see the handsome new greeter.
