Jenna is a lovely 2004 bay appaloosa mare rescued from the feedlot. She is sweet, friendly, willing and highly trainable. She is halter trained and has been exposed to a saddle. Jenna was with another rescue until Fall 2012 when she came to AAE. In 2006, prior to coming to AAE, Jenna was diagnosed with osteomyelitis, treated and recovered sound with no expected long-term effects. However, radio graphs of her right hind fetlock were taken due to some swelling, and an old fracture (chipped bone) was discovered. Due to the location of the chip at her fetlock joint, Jenna will be best suited for light riding or as a companion.
