Wild Honey

Trainer Notes: Honey has been introduced to wearing a halter and leading.  Honey is still very shy and timid, and can be evasive to catch, but is also food motivated and is learning to work in the round pen.  Once caught, she follows her handler and is learning to accept leg rubbing (precursor to picking up feet) and will be introduced to the handy stick and string, backing, yielding, tying, etc.

Health:  Gaining weight and heading toward good!  Honey received a full dental and health check in January, 2010, and her hooves were trimmed while under sedation.  She is current on vaccines, deworming, dental and hoof care.
