Story:  Chief was abandoned at a boarding facility in 2011.  He is a ranch-like gelding in his late teens/20ish.  Boarding facility indicated he picks up his gait when asked and knows his leads.  He’s is a good candidate for light trail riding, family lead-line for children, or just a fun light ride for a casual rider.  This beautiful guy is easy to handle, friendly, and on vaccine, worming, hoof and dental care schedule.  He bathes, ties, and walks into the trailer. He does the basics.Health:  Chief appears to have ringbone, but seems serviceably sound and willingly moves out with energy.  We have yet to get a good ride on him since he’s been at AAE.  Chief had a fractured anterior tooth discovered during dental in February 2012.  The extraction site will take a few weeks to heal.  No other known health issues. Issues: Possible ring bone.

Adoption Fee: $TBD.
