In Rehab

The following horses arrived at AAE and were evaluated with some type of special need:  neglect, abuse, malnutrition, illness, injury, handling issues, etc.  AAE is working hard to rehabilitate these horses so they are suitable for adoption into permanent loving homes.   Their adoption fee will be determined when they become adoptable.  During rehabilitation, these horses will need sponsors to support their basic care, as well as veterinary care, if any.  If you are interested in adopting one of the horses in rehab, please consider sponsoring their care until they are adoptable.  Approved sponsors will have first option for permanent adoption of these horses.
