| Story: Racely is a very handsome, 15H, dark bay Arabian gelding that arrived at AAE February 7, 2010 and was being housed by a foster. He is a sound horse, and he can be ridden by a confident rider. He was ridden by a 12 y/o beginner rider that didn’t have the experience/confidence to handle a forward horse outside an arena, but he’s a gem in an arena and an excellent lesson horse for beginners. Racely is a beautiful guy and youthful in appearance and energy level. He LOVES attention.Racely was adopted by his foster family, and they will provide a forever home; however, they will consider rehoming to a family with a youth rider for light riding, as he needs to start slowing down. He’s current with vaccines, worming and hoof care, and had dental in mid- to late-2009.
Trainer Notes: Racely is a semi-retired, light riding, excellent beginner lesson horse and can be ridden English or Western. He neck reins, and he is quiet and smooth to ride. Racely is friendly, and very sociable, but can be a little handful on trail or outside the arena when there are other horses in the area (forward and vocal). He is a safe reliable horse, just has a higher energy level outside the arena. He is a beautiful horse, and good prospect for light riding western pleasure, 4H, or walk jog. Health: Based on information from Racely’s prior owner and current owner, he has been in very good health and up to date on vaccines, worming, and hoof care. Issues: None known. Adoption Fee: $350. Racely is current with vaccines, deworming, hoof and dental care.
