| Story: Rae is an approx 26 year old QH/TB mare. She is a pretty big horse. Rae was trained many years ago, originally as a race horse, but she was too slow. She was trained very well, but has not been ridden in probably 15 years. She is very nice and loves being around people although she will need help adjusting to having a saddle. She has had her hooves and vaccines done over the years, but not regularly; however, vaccines have been updated and she is schedule for hoof care. She will likely need dental care.Right now, she lives in a pasture and gets alfalfa about once a day. Family no longer has energy, time, or commitment to care for her. She is located in Auburn, close to Ophir.Adoption Fee: Negotiable.
