• New to spin? No need to worry! The instructor can help you adjust the bike. During the class, you can set the resistance to meet your body's needs. The class will be fun and you'll be helping horses!   
• Class begins at 12pm so arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in, setup bike, etc. 
• Donations are non-refundable. 
• Free shoe rental available.
