El Dorado Hills, California. All About Equine Animal Rescue Inc, (AAE) wants to thank the ASPCA for the generous grant of $10,000 to help us better serve our rescued equines. The funds will be used to purchase additional shelters (mare motels) for our horses. AAE serves a variety of horses, young and old, domestic and wild. The additional shelters will provide for more effective housing for our horses, and additional housing capacity. AAE often receives requests to take in unhandled or wild horses which need solid fencing to provide a safe environment for horses and volunteers. These funds will also enable AAE to acquire heavy duty panels so AAE can more efficiently house and handle feral or wild horses, as needed. This grant will enable the purchase of needed shelters and panels to allow AAE to more often say “YES!” to these requests. All About Equine Animal Rescue, Inc. (AAE) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit equine rescue and rehabilitation organization in El Dorado Hills, California. AAE’s mission is to rescue and rehabilitate horses and other animals, restore them to good health, and find each one a compatible home.
