AAE Adoption Checklist
Thank you for your interest in adopting from All About Equine (AAE). To move forward with the adoption process, the following steps need to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss with an AAE Adoption/Foster Team representative.
1. Complete Adoption/Foster Questionnaire
2. Submit Non-refundable Deposit ($100/equine)
3. Review & Complete Adoption/Foster Policy/Agreement
Please read the entire Adoption/Foster Policy/Agreement. Sign the acknowledgement on page 11 and submit an electronic copy via email or a hard copy if/when horse is picked-up by you/transporter or delivered by AAE.

5. Email Equine Facility Photos
The property/housing evaluation is conducted to ensure the facility is sufficient for the health, safety, and well-being of the AAE equine(s). This evaluation begins with a review of photographs of your property/housing or boarding facility. Representative photos should include at least 12-15 photos including an overview of facility barns, stalls, paddocks, pastures, arena/round pens, shelters, run-in sheds, tree cover, perimeter fencing, cross-fencing, feed water sources, feeders, feed storage areas, equipment storage, tack storage, wash rack, and other equines, as applicable. AAE may specify other items, as needed.
6. Email Truck & Horse Trailer Photos (if applicable)
Do you have a truck & horse trailer? If yes, please describe (year, make, type, etc) and submit at least 5-8 photos of your truck and trailer, including front, rear, left side, right side, tongue/jack, interior areas, floor, doors, truck, hitch, etc.
7. Submit Adoption Fee (Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order)
Please note: Adoptions are PENDING until ALL information is received, and the adoption is approved.
Please do not complete this process if you are not 18 years old or older, nor if you are not ready to take possession of a horse/animal immediately upon approval. We do not hold or board horses until you can take them.
