Barn Address - visits by appointment only

AAE's main facility is located on 61 acres in Pilot Hill, California. Visitors, whether individuals or groups, are welcome by appointment only. To schedule a visit, please complete the Tour Request Form and someone will be in touch with you shortly. Group tours are available once-a-month, as listed on our Events Calendar. However, please be sure to reserve a spot by completing the Tour Request Form, above.

Barn address will be provided upon scheduling. Volunteer activities are also scheduled in advance.

Adoption information, If you are interested in adopting, and you have viewed our available horses page, please submit an Adoption Interest Form to start the conversation. An Adoption Coordinator will follow up.

Volunteering information, If you are interested in volunteering, please submit a Volunteer Interest Form. You will automatically receive additional information after submitting the form. Once that information is received, if you have any unanswered questions, please send an email to [email protected]. A Volunteer Coordinator will follow-up.

Sponsorship/Donation information, If you would like to sponsor a horse, sponsor an event, or donate to AAE, please send an email describing your interest to [email protected].

AAE Visit/Tour. Visitors, whether individuals or groups, are welcome by appointment only. To schedule a visit, please complete the Tour Request Form and our Tour Coordinator will follow up.

Responses should be made within 24-48 hours of receipt of your inquiry.  Please keep in mind, these inquiries are answered by volunteers who do their best to respond timely. If you haven't received a response within 48 hours, feel free to follow up with an email to [email protected].
