Table and Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Do you own a business and want to build brand awareness AND show support for an important local cause? Are you an individual, family, or group of friends who wants to help a community nonprofit and party? Become a sponsor at our 12th annual Boots & Bling!

Sponsor packages are designed to provide branding exposure at Boots & Bling, through advertising and public relations, as well as potential exposure at the ranch in Pilot Hill and the AAE Used Tack Store in Shingle Springs.

Sponsorship opportunities, either private family tables or exclusive business/corporate packages (and everything in between), range from $500 to $7500. We can also work together to develop a package beneficial to your business.

2025 Sponsorship Levels

The Rescue - $5,000 (Title Sponsor, 0 available)
• Exclusive status as Title Sponsor integrates your Company name into Boots and Bling title
• Exclusive opportunity to distribute your marketing materials to all attendees as they enter the venue
• Exclusive opportunity to select the table location of your choice and be first in line at the buffet
• Special introduction at the Event with an opportunity to speak
• Verbal recognition throughout the Event and logo on banner on stage
• Featured recognition on ALL Event signage, table signage, Event program, and Event pages on AAE website
• Tagging your company on ALL Event related social media posts *Social media handles required
• Logo on ALL Event-related print media and e-mail newsletters
• Exclusive promotional slide with logo in Event slideshow
• Recognition on the Event page on AAE’s website and in select email blasts for 12 months after the Event
• Placement of Sponsor’s logo banner at AAE Facility or AAE’s Used Tack Store for 12 months after the Event

The Ranch - $3,500 (Presenting Sponsor, 1 available)
• Prominent recognition including linked logo on website and Event-related marketing
• Prominent recognition on Event signage, table signage, and Event program
• Verbal recognition throughout the Event and logo banner on stage
• Logo in ALL Event-related print media and e-mail newsletters
• Tagging your company on select sponsor appreciation social media posts *Social media handles required
• Special introduction and recognition at the Event
• Logo in prominent position on sponsor slide during Event slideshow
• Recognition on Event page on AAE’s website and in select email blasts for nine (9) months after the Event
• Placement of Sponsor’s logo banner at AAE Facility or AAE’s Used Tack Store for nine (9) months after the Event

The Barn - $2,500 (2 available)
• Logo in select Event-related print media, e-mail newsletters, and logo on SWAG bags• Recognition on Event signage, table signage, and Event program
• Tagging your company on select sponsor appreciation social media posts *Social media handles required
• Inclusion in sponsorship recognition slide during Event slideshow
• Recognition on Event page on AAE’s website and in select email blasts for six (6) months after the Event

The Pasture - $1,250
• Logo in select Event-related print media and e-mail newsletters
• Recognition on Event signage, table signage, and Event program
• Inclusion in sponsorship recognition slide during Event slideshow
• Recognition on Event page on AAE’s website and in select email blasts for three (3) months after the Event

The Herd - $500 Early Bird (through April 4); $625 Regular (April 5 until sold out)

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities Available
**All will have logo in program**
• The Feast $7500 – Sponsor the BBQ Dinner, logo on the dinner menu, banner on buffet, and Event signage
• The Stage $4500 – Sponsor the Venue, Equipment, Music, and Decor, logo on stage banner and Event signage
• The Saloon $2500 – Sponsor the Bar, logo on banner on bar, on bar menu, Event signage

You can help AAE save transaction fees by paying with check, bill pay, and cash.

For all credit card payments, please note: We use Givebutter for processing online payments/donations. With your online payment/donation, you may opt to pay the credit card processing fees so 100% of your payment/donation goes to AAE. You may also choose to add a tip for Givebutter. Givebutter does not charge us a fee to use their platform and tips help keep it free for nonprofits to use. The tip is optional - if you do not wish to leave one, you will need to select "other" in the tip section of the form.
