El Dorado Hills, California. All About Equine Animal Rescue Inc, (AAE) wants to thank the ASPCA for the generous grant of $10,000 to help us better serve our rescued equines. The grant will be combined with matching funds raised by AAE from our generous donors to purchase and construct a covered round pen to allow for year-round activities with shelter from the sun or inclement weather. AAE conducts several programs including a New Volunteer Orientation/Safety class, Pony Pals Farm Days, Horse Camps, and workshops for Veterans (Basic Horsemanship and Wild Horse Gentling). With a covered round pen, AAE will be able to expand these programs and develop new programs. Additionally, a covered round pen will further our mission of rehabilitating the rescued horses by allowing year-round horse gentling and training, increasing opportunities to make the horses more attractive for adoption. All About Equine Animal Rescue, Inc. (AAE) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit equine rescue and rehabilitation organization in El Dorado Hills, California. AAE’s mission is to rescue and rehabilitate horses and other animals, restore them to good health, and find each one a compatible home. Additionally, AAE provides programs to educate the community about the plight of the unwanted horse For more information, please visit: www.allaboutequine.org
