El Dorado Hills, California. All About Equine Animal Rescue, Inc. (AAE) wants to thank the ASPCA for the generous educational grant of $500 to help us better serve our rescued equines. The grant funding was used to obtain membership in the Association of Fundraising Professionals and participate in several educational webinars to help AAE gain knowledge about grant seeking and other fundraising techniques and opportunities. AAE is a volunteer-based organization. Fundraising is an integral part of the operation, enabling AAE to give the rescued horses and other animals the care they need and deserve, including proper nutrition, and hoof and dental care, as well as other veterinary care. Since our first intake in 2009, AAE has taken in 188 horses and adopted 146. All About Equine Animal Rescue, Inc.
